Today, HSM Global operates from strategically positioned facilities across Horsham and South Wales, with a combined operational footprint exceeding 65,000 sq ft. The approach remains intentionally service-led: agile enough to adapt with a consultative approach, and operationally focused at every stage.

Our culture
The business is not always the point.
We are a logistics company, but that is not the whole of what we are. The same people who plan an engine movement at two in the morning are the ones filling hampers in December, packing pallets of aid, or running a mile further than they meant to for a cause a colleague cares about.
None of it is a campaign. It starts with someone in the team putting their hand up, and the business getting behind them, whether that means a vehicle, a warehouse bay, a Friday afternoon or simply the space to organise it properly.
We think it matters that a company knows the difference between what it does and who it is. Ours is a place where compassion is not a policy line, and where giving something back is treated as part of the work rather than a distraction from it.
Some of it is local, on our doorstep in Horsham. Some of it reaches a good deal further. All of it comes from the same place: people who would rather help than not.
